Question: Can Exercise or Working Out Produce Anxiety?

Tuesday I did Week 2 of Jillian Michaels' fitness DVD "Ripped in 30" and Level 1 of her "30 Day Shred". Wednesday I walked for an hour outside. I've been sporadically exercising this month - usually I get in 3-4 days of exercise, and I've worked up to exercising for 45 minutes. Read the rest here.
